How Do I Purchase?
- Simply visit our purchase page and select the product you wish to purchase and click “Add to cart“
- You will be presented with your shopping cart. Double check you have the right quantity & click the orange “Check Out” button.
- You will be presented with two options to choose from:
- If you have a Paypal account, login with your username/password.
- If you don’t have a Paypal account you can still purchase with a Visa/Mastercard. Simple click the option stating “Don’t have a PayPal account? Pay with your credit or debit card“
- Follow all the prompts & double check you have entered a billing/correct mailing address.
- Your order is complete! You should receive a confirmation from Paypal via email. If you wish to confirm delivery dates etc with us, please contact us. Alternatively if your order failed please contact us for an alternative payment options.
What is the typical delivery time of the disc?
The disc typically arrives within 2-5 working days. Payments usually clear with in 24 hours and the disc is sent via Australia Post Express Post as soon as possible. We make a sincere effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can receive your order as soon as possible – as a result most orders usually arrive within 2 or 3 business days.
Overseas orders are dispatched via International Registered Post and usually take between 7-10 working days to arrive in most countries.
What other forms of payment do you accept?
In addition to Credit Card payment we also offer direct deposit payments into our Australian bank account. Please contact us with your contact details & delivery address, we will send you an invoice with bank details to pay via Direct Deposit. Credit Card orders are delivered much quicker than bank deposit orders due to the time it takes for payments to clear. Please contact us with your business details & delivery details if you wish to use this alternate payment method.
Note: If your only option is to pay via bank transfer and you need a speedier delivery you can make a ‘cash deposit’ at your local NAB branch and provide us with the reference number. This will speed up the payment clearing process & we will send the disc via Express Post as soon as we can confirm the payment.
