Are there any products with residential listings?

Due to popular demand we are now offering product with residential listings. For the first time the AOD Residential Disc is available for purchase online. This disc the absolutely last business database produced with residential listings and therefore is the most up-to-date. There are 6.7 million Australian residential listings on a DVD. Do you offer smaller, more targeted lists?

We don't provide smaller targeted marketing lists simply because we have decided to put the power in your hands to create the lists you need, when you need them. AOD to provides a large & pwerful database on a disc and enables you & your organisation to create your own targeted lists. We find all of our clients prefer to have this freedom to create their own business opportunities.

Do you provide customer support?

How often is the disc updated & what is the price?

The disc is updated biannually. The updates are provided as a complete update & a completely new disc. Updates can be purchased with proof of purchase of original disc. You are entitled to the special update price if you have purchased AOD or another update in the last 12 months.

What are the Technical Requirements of my computer?

Any IBM-Compatible PC with a CD drive & running Windows XP or similar will run Australia on Disc. We highly reccomend Windows XP and support it wholly. We cannot guarantee it will run on other platforms. Apple Mac users may possibly also be able to run this program using windows emulation software.

What is the Price and how to I purchase?

You may order by clicking the "Purchase AOD Now" button on the right column of the website. The price is only $695.00 AUD and with Free Express Delivery included! The disc is sent via express post as soon as your credit card payment has cleared (usually within 24 - 48 hours). Payments are handled by PayPal - the world's leading payment processors. All payments are secured by an SSL Secure Server to ensure your details stay safe.

What is the price in my currency?

We are a UK company and recently only accepted British Pounds (GBP) as a currency. Due to popular demand we are now accepting Australian Dollars (AUD) as our main currency. View the table below for current prices:

If you operate in a different currency PayPal will automatically convert from Australian Dollars to your currency.

What is the typical delivery time of the disc?

The disc typically arrives within 5 working days. Payments usually clear in 24 - 48 hours days and the disc is sent via express post after that. We make a sincere effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can recieve your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 3 business days.

What other forms of payment do you offer?

In addition to Credit Card payment we also offer direct deposit payments. Please contact us with your contact details & delivery address, we will send you an invoice with bank details to pay via Direct Deposit. We have Australian bank accounts and if you prefer a speedier order you may make a deposit at your local NAB branch, provide your reference number and we can send the disc via express post within that day (providing the payment & contact is made before 12pm AEST) or within 24hours. Please contact us first if you wish to use any of these payment methods.

What sort of businesses are on the disc & what is the size of the database?

Practically every type of business in the country exists on the disc. This has now reached well over a million listings! Don't forget you are able to search by SIC & ANZSIC categories on the disc. This means you are able to find the exact type of business you need to (for example "Plumbers in Sydney" or "Architects in post code range 4000 to 4500"). There are over 9000 SIC codes and a similar scope of ANZSIC codes available which makes the disc extremely invaluable for your business.

What's the difference between this disc and the disc Telstra banned?

The other discs that have been consequently shut down over the years were simply plain dumps from the yellow pages. The data from AOD has been compiled from multiple reputable sources, sourced specifically by our team and is regularly updated. Also the price was a lot more expensive for these discs. Brylar's Australia On Disc and DTMS Marketing Pro ranged up to $1500 AUD. That makes almost a third of the price for a completely better database. Also keep in mind older discs had nothing like the number of emails, URL's, faxes, contact names etc that this current version of Australia On Disc has.

How Do I Purchase?

1. Simply visit our purchase page and select the product you wish to purchase and click "Add to cart"
2. You will be presented with your shopping cart. Double check you have the right quantity & click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
3. All payments are handled with Paypal.
   1. If you have a Paypal account, login with your username/password.
   2. If you don't have a Paypal account you can still purchase with a Visa/Mastercard. Simple click the link on the left stating "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available). Continue"
4. Follow all the prompts & double check you have entered a billing/correct mailing address.
5. Your order is complete! You should recieve a confirmation via email. If you wish to confirm delivery dates etc with us, please contact us. Alternatively if your order failed please contact us for an alternative payment method.
