Do you offer smaller, more targeted lists?
We don't provide smaller targeted marketing lists simply because we have decided to put the power in your hands to create the targeted lists you need, when you need them. We find all of our clients prefer to have this freedom to create their own business opportunities. As well as this flexibility, having fewer products allows us to pass on huge savings to our customers.
Instead of charging expensive list-broker rates (for example: $1 per record with a 500 record minimum) we provide you with lists on demand for one flat fee which proves to be much more cost-effective even for smaller requirements. You can export as much as you want, went you want it - all for one flat rate no matter how many records you require, there are no hidden suprises.
Do you provide customer support?

Can I do a reverse search on a phone number with AOD Residential?
No we have disabled reverse searching of phone numbers due to privacy reasons.
Do I need to wash these lists against the Do-Not-Call Register?
Data exported from our residential database will need to be washed against the DNCR. Simply export the lists you intend to call within the next 30 days & send them to the DNCR to be washed.
The laws of the DNCR are subject to change - always make sure to check the ACMA & DNCR websites for the most up to date information & seek professional/legal advice before starting any telemarketing campaign.
Why can't you wash your database against the DNCR for me?
We cannot do this for you as the DNCR requires individuals to do this each and every month for they applicable numbers they intend to call for that month. It's a very simple exercise for a business to send their lists individually to the DNCR every 30 days to be compliant with the law.
How often is the disc updated & what is the price?
The disc is updated bi-annually. There is a major update at the beginning of each year and a maintenance update which is typically pushed mid-year. Updates are provided as a complete update & a completely new disc. Updates can be purchased with proof of purchase of original disc. You are entitled to the special update price if you have purchased AOD or another update in the last 12 months.
What are the Technical Requirements of my computer?
Any PC with a CD drive & running Windows will run Australia on Disc. We support Windows XP & Vista and recommend Windows 7. We cannot guarantee it will run on any other platforms not previously mentioned however we have had success on Windows Server & 64-bit versions of Windows. Apple Mac OS X users may possibly also be able to run this program using Windows emulation software such as Parallels or VMWare Fusion or with a dual-boot system.
What is the Price and how to I purchase?
You may order by clicking the "Purchase AOD Now" button on the right column of the website. The price is only $895.00 AUD and with Free Express Delivery included! The disc is sent via Express Post as soon as your credit card payment has cleared (usually within 24 - 48 hours). Payments are handled by PayPal - the world's leading payment processors. All payments are secured by an SSL Secure Server to ensure your details stay safe.
What is the typical delivery time of the disc?
The disc typically arrives within 5 working days. Payments usually clear in 24 - 48 hours days and the disc is sent via express post after that. We make a sincere effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible so you can recieve your order as soon as possible, usually within 2 - 3 business days.
Overseas orders are dispatched via International Registered Post and usually take between 7 - 12 days to arrive in most countries.
What other forms of payment do you accept?
In addition to Credit Card payment we also offer direct deposit payments into our Australian bank account. Please contact us with your contact details & delivery address, we will send you an invoice with bank details to pay via Direct Deposit. Credit Card orders are delivered much quicker than bank deposit order but if you prefer a speedier order you can make a cash deposit at your local NAB branch, provide your reference number and we can send the disc via express post as soon as we confirm the payment. Please contact us with your business details & delivery details if you wish to use this alternate payment method.
What's the difference between this disc and the disc Telstra banned?
The other discs that have been consequently shut down over the years were simply plain dumps from the yellow pages. The data from AOD has been compiled from multiple reputable sources, sourced specifically by our team and is regularly updated. Also the price was a lot more expensive for these discs. Brylar's Australia On Disc and DTMS Marketing Pro ranged up to $1500 AUD. That makes the current AOD almost a third of the price for a completely better database. Also keep in mind older discs had nothing like the number of emails, URL's, faxes, contact names etc that this current version of Australia On Disc has.
